MIKE HART
Mike has over 40 years’ experience in business, having worked in the city of London at Lloyds Bank and then for Ford Motor Company in Finance and Purchasing before leaving to set up on his own. He has created new trading divisions as well as purchased external companies to form the M.A.HART Ltd group of which Premier Tooling Ltd is a part.

CHRISTIAN HORN
Christian has over 15 years’ experience in the tooling business, starting as a Tool-Maker at Egon Grosshaus, before finishing his Masters Program and moving to Shenzhen where he worked as a Coach and Engineering Manager for the Chinese company EVA Mould Manufacturing. After completing an East China Studies course at the University of Göttingen, Christian started working for Premier Tooling, developing the business between Europe and China.

JOY YUAN
Joy has been a founding member of Premier Tooling since 2004. Fluent in English, Chinese and German languages and familiar with various standards & technical specifications, Joy has been in the sourcing of metal stamping tooling and project management area for over 15 years, serving customers from all over Europe.
GAYNOR EASON
After studying Business and Finance at the London South Bank University, Gaynor worked for over 15 years in Event Management for Intergraph, an American software development and services company in their Dusseldorf and Munich offices. Since 2013 she has worked in sales, admin and business development roles within the M.A.HART Ltd group of companies.
JOAN ZHANG
JOAN ZHANG
Joan has over 10 years’ experience working in Foreign Trading, Purchasing and Project Management. Joan previously worked in International Sales in the injection tooling industry and then went on to become an International Purchaser in the metal raw material industry, before joining Premier Tooling in 2013 as a Project Coordinator.
WENDY ZHAO
After graduating university with a major in German, Wendy worked for an American company as an Overseas Customer Service Specialist. Wendy has worked for Premier Tooling as a Project Coordinator for 5 years, with 1 year spent technical training in Chinese and German tool shops.
